UFA Announces New Petroleum and Crop Inputs Site for the Prince Albert Region

UFA Co-operative Ltd. (UFA) is pleased to announce plans for a new cardlock, bulk petroleum and crop inputs site in the Prince Albert region, representing another significant investment in Saskatchewan and reinforcing UFA's commitment to delivering essential products, services and co-operative value to more members and customers across the province.

Targeted to open in late 2026, the new location will provide agricultural producers, transportation members and customers and local businesses with reliable access to essential fuel, lubricants and select crop input products while strengthening UFA's presence in northeastern Saskatchewan.

The project is the result of extensive planning and market assessment aimed at aligning the investment with the needs of members and customers in the region. Initial development includes a petroleum cardlock and bulk petroleum site, as well as a chemical and seed building offering select crop inputs, establishing a strong foundation to support producers today and grow alongside the region in the years ahead.

Once constructed, the Prince Albert site will offer:

Regular and premium gasoline
Clear and dyed diesel
High-speed pumps with satellite dispensers for faster fueling
DEF at the pump
Wide lanes and spacious access designed for larger units
UFA and Shell-branded lubricants
Dieselex® Gold premium diesel
24/7 cardlock access for members and fleet members and customers
A new chemical and seed building to support select crop input needs

Crop inputs are an important part of how UFA supports producers across Western Canada. The Prince Albert location will bring together quality products, agronomic expertise and local service, creating new opportunities to support producers throughout northeastern Saskatchewan.

The site will be operated by a combination of local independent business owners and UFA employees who live and work in the community, ensuring members and customers are served by people who understand the region and its unique needs.
