    UFA Co-operative Announces New Red Deer Location

    Sharing investment news to support agriculture!

    UFA Co-operative (“UFA”) announced a significant investment in its network with the relocation of its Farm & Ranch Supply store and the building of a new Cardlock in Red Deer, Alberta.  
    • The new 16,000 square foot farm store will have 12,000 square feet of retail space and an expansive yard to serve the community, including a three-bay drive-through warehouse and chem shed.
    • The future Farm Store and Cardlock will be conveniently located in Gasoline Alley in the southwest corner of the city, easily accessible for drivers travelling either way on the QE2 and those on the west side coming from Highway 2A. 

    And there's more!

    Along with the Red Deer build, UFA also announced the launch of MarketPLACE, a new enhancement to its online e-commerce service. Online shoppers can add marketplace products and any products carried by UFA to their cart. The marketplace items can then be picked up with the UFA products from the Farm & Ranch Supply store of choice. UFA MarketPLACE vendors can also choose to ship their products directly to members or customers.  
    These announcements support UFA’s commitment to investing in the communities it serves, making it easier for members and customers to do business from wherever they are, whether it’s in central Alberta; eastern Saskatchewan, or online. UFA’s announcements today are also part of a concerted strategy to strengthen the agriculture sector and its future.
